Cromwell Dog Hotel in Basingstoke offers a home-from-home environment with overnight stays, daycare and walks.

As soon as your pet checks in to the spacious Edwardian house, rambling garden and play yard they get the highest standard of care.

We mirror the best we can their usual daily routine so the transition to a new environment goes as smoothly as possible.

They can have lots of fun in a safe and comfortable environment, with a balance of exercise, enrichment, rest and downtime.

We have a higher level 4-star license granted by Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council which is awarded under the umbrella of strict central government animal welfare regulations.

Lisa and Paul have many years’ experience caring for a range of animals. They currently have resident dog Nova as well as chickens, fish and small furries.

Lisa has a Level 3 in professional daycare and boarding from the Institute of Modern Dog Training and spends a lot of time researching dog behaviour and training techniques.
